1. You browse trumprx.gov and select your medication. The site lists participating drugs with their negotiated cash prices. No account or insurance information is needed to see pricing.
2. The site hands you off to the manufacturer's channel. This is where the two big GLP-1s diverge. Select Zepbound and you're redirected to LillyDirect, Eli Lilly's direct-to-patient platform, where the order actually happens. Select Wegovy and the flow issues a savings offer/coupon routed through Novo's pharmacy network rather than a direct shipment.
3. You still need a valid prescription. Neither TrumpRx nor the manufacturer platforms diagnose you. If you have a prescriber, they send the script to the designated pharmacy. 4. Payment is cash/card at the negotiated price. These are self-pay channels. You generally can't stack insurance on top, though the price frequently beats insured copays anyway.
